You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and are not barred from using the Services under any applicable laws.

AZX provides a decentralized platform for trading perpetual contracts and spot assets on various digital assets. Our Services include:

Perpetual swap trading
Spot trading
Order book and matching engine
Liquidity provision
Portfolio management tools

4. Account and Wallet Connection

4.1 Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
All transactions initiated through your connected wallet
Safeguarding access credentials to your wallet

4.2 No Account Recovery

As a decentralized platform, we cannot recover lost private keys, reset passwords, or reverse transactions. Loss of access to your wallet means permanent loss of access to your assets.

5. Trading and Financial Risks

5.1 High-Risk Activity

Trading perpetual contracts involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and accept that:

You may lose your entire investment
Leverage amplifies both gains and losses
Market volatility can result in liquidation of your positions
Past performance does not guarantee future results

5.2 Liquidation Risk

Positions may be automatically liquidated if margin requirements are not maintained. Liquidation can occur rapidly during volatile market conditions, potentially resulting in total loss of margin.

6. Fees and Costs

7. Prohibited Activities

12. Limitation of Liability

12.2 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) AUD $100.

12.3 Essential Purpose

These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

As a non-custodial platform, you retain access to your assets through your wallet regardless of account termination.
